The availability of the villa is outlined below. Check-in is scheduled for after 4 PM, while check-out is at 10 AM.
We will make every effort to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, provided there are no conflicting bookings on the same day, as we need sufficient time to clean the villa for the next guest. Please inform us of your needs, and we will strive to meet your requests.

Deposit:
A deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking to secure your selected dates. A full refund of the deposit will be issued if cancellation occurs within 14 days of booking.
Payment:
The most convenient payment method is via bank transfer. Upon completion of the transaction, an invoice and receipt will be emailed to you, confirming the booking dates, total holiday cost, deposit paid, and any outstanding balance.
Final Payment:
We kindly request that the remaining balance be settled no later than 28 days prior to your holiday.
Bedding, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your convenience. Should your stay exceed one week, additional bedding will be supplied, and we kindly ask that you launder the sheets upon changing them.
Furthermore, we request that bath towels not be used for pool or beach activities; please utilize only the beach towels provided.
To maintain cost efficiency and pass those savings on to you, our hosts will clean the villa prior to and following your visit. During your stay, we kindly ask that guests take responsibility for maintaining the property, much like you would at home. A selection of cleaning supplies, including vacuums and mops, will be provided to assist you in this task.
Before your departure, we request that you strip the beds and place all towels and bedding in front of the washing machine. Additionally, please clear out the refrigerators, disposing of any opened food items, and ensure that the dishwasher is loaded and turned on.
As some guests may require a later check-out or an early check-in, this process allows us ample time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and we will accommodate these requests whenever possible.
There are several travel options available for guests arriving in South Cyprus, primarily through either Larnaca or Paphos airports, from which they can take a taxi across the border. Larnaca is the closest airport, with an approximate taxi journey time of 90 minutes to the northern border and subsequently to the villa. Most airlines operate flights into the southern airports, providing excellent opportunities for cost-effective travel.
If you prefer to fly directly into the North, be aware that this requires two flights. Depending on your airline, you will need to change planes in either Istanbul or Antalya. It is advisable to verify that your connecting flights allow for luggage transfer.
